This is my latest work. A short contemporary dance solo about embracing one’s reflections with resolve and bravery. I imagined looking into one’s own reflection in water. The reflection is both clear and vague. When do we really like what we see there? The heights and skyline represent the good and far distance we have from that horizontal plane of seeing our reflection.
Clarissa Mijares is one special and lovely person from within. On and off stage. She is also a dance artist of Airdance.
